We currently offer delivery within India through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
Depending on your location and availability, your order may be shipped using standard or express delivery services.
The available shipping method and estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout whenever applicable.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, promotions, new product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
3. Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:
Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Other locations: 3–7 business days
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations: 5–10 business days
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a specified order value. Any applicable offer and its conditions will be clearly communicated on our website.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or our return/refund policy.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide you with a tracking number or tracking link through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.
You can use the tracking information to check the current status of your shipment.
Please allow some time after dispatch for the courier's tracking system to update.
6. Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, PIN code, and other delivery details are accurate and complete when placing your order.
Vogue & Style is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where permitted.

Although we work with trusted delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our control, including:

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, or other details to help us investigate the issue.
Approved replacements, returns, or refunds will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Vogue & Style ships within India only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
If we introduce international delivery in the future, this shipping policy will be updated with information regarding eligible countries, delivery estimates, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable requirements.
